DR. EBERNE MARTINEAU
President
Dr. Eberne Martineau, MD was born and raised in Hinche, Haiti. After emmigrating to the United States in the 1970's, Dr. Martineau moved to Mexico in pursuit of his lifelong dream of becoming a medical doctor. In Mexico, he was accepted to the Morelia State Medical University where he enrolled on full scholarship. He then completed his residency in Surgery/Obstetrics & Gynecology and worked as a surgeon in Mexico for several years before deciding to return to the United States in the 1989. Dr. Martineau went on to complete a second medical residency in Psychiatry with a fellowship in Geriatrics. Dr. Martineau has worked at various institutions throughout his medical career, including Kings County Medical Center, SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and the Brooklyn Veteran's Health Administration (VA) Medical Center, where he continues to work as Emergency Medicine Psychiatrist. He hopes to use his medical expertise and passion for his country of birth to establish a high quality health care center in Haiti.
